Following this list will help you get the most out of your Building Inspection.

       Allow a minimum of two to three hours for a full inspection.

       Be sure to arrange the date and time with all interested parties.

       Make certain that all utilities will be activated at the time of the inspection (electric, water, gas, etc.)

       Arrange with the seller for access to all areas of the home. Blocked areas and stored items will prevent a thorough inspection.

       Do not hesitate to ask your inspector any questions you might have.

       Kindly remember that payment is due at the time of the inspection.
